These two homes are coming near completion. The first home is a Kiwi 3 in Gordonton and the second is a Kiwi 4 in Te Kowhai. These two homes are transportable designs but built onsite in the Waikato region.
The great thing about our builds is how versatile our designs are. We don't lock you into our standard plans, you are free to modify your home the way you want it.
You want to remove windows, add in a scullery, change the cladding material, no problem. We will redesign the plan and quote you accordingly, just as we did for these two customers who chose to modify the Kiwi design to suit their needs.
