After 8 long months in council, we nearly popped a bottle of bubbly to celebrate, when this building consent was finally approved.
Now the fun really begins on this Queenwood site, as the guys have the tricky job of building on this steep bank. It's going to be impressive to see our Kea 3-bedroom design completed here. I reckon once Phil and his crew finish this build, they might have to jump in the pool to celebrate.
