My boy and I had endured enough being dragged around various show homes by my darling wife, however, she promised she’d saved the best for last, and indeed she had. We we're welcomed warmly by tuakana George, who gave us space to look around the beautiful show home at our own pace, his relaxed style set us at ease, he was responsive to the myriad of questions that we had, he even took the time to kōrero with our son.
Irene went above and beyond throughout the process, she was super responsive, nothing was ever a problem, she always got back to us when she said she would. Much the same can be said of our experience with the brother Te Awhina, we really had no idea about anything, but he always took the time to explain things, and made sure we understood fully before progressing, his comms were kai runga noa atu, and best of all, we now know what a ‘nog’ is.
We greatly valued the manākitanga approach he took, e te tuakana, kāore te puna o mihi e mimiti.
Soooooooo, an awesome experience from start to finish, wonderful staff from top to bottom. Tēnā rā koutou katoa.
