We hope you are all going well and looking forward to getting some normality back in the coming weeks. We have made great progress over the last two weeks working under Level 3 and although we have had to shuffle our schedules around slightly, we have experienced very little disruption in the supply chain which is great news so far.
Just a quick update on how things will look as we move into Level 2
Level 2 Working
From tomorrow, Thursday 14 May, we will be moving from Level 3 to Level 2.
This means that, whilst we remain vigilant and committed to beating Covid-19, the following changes can be made to how we do things:
• Our office will be open during normal working hours but visitors will need to phone or email to book an appointment.
• Customers can now attend the office and sites but must observe the same rules as staff and tradesmen.
• You will be able to visit sites but please make an appointment with your production manager beforehand
• Please observe the site instructions in terms of signing in, hygiene requirements and physical distancing
• Please do not visit sites or the office if you are unwell with cold or flu like symptoms
Government Guidelines
1. COVID-19 is still out there. Play it safe.
2. All businesses can operate if they do so safely. Alternative ways are encouraged where possible.
3. Talk with your workers to identify risks and ways to manage them.
4. Ask everyone, workers, contractors, and customers, with cold or flu-like symptoms to stay away from your premises.
5. Keep groups of customers a minimum of 1 metre apart.
6. Keep contract-tracing records of anyone who will have close interaction (workers, contractors, or customers).
7. Reduce the number of shared surfaces and regulary disinfect them.
8. Wash your hands. Wash your hands. Wash your hands.
From the team at KDH we would like to say thanks again for your continued support
