The process of building with Kiwi Homes was delightful and insightful. This was my first home build and will not be my last. The initial design and concept was completed in a very short timeframe of 2 weeks due to my time restraints living in Perth WA. Blair and the team worked closely with myself to maximise the floor usage and design concept I sought. The patience and dedication of the team during this period was much appreciated. Even from afar I was kept up to date on the consent progress by Irene and Blair which meant I returned for the build period which was achieved within the 12 week time frame despite the winter conditions. The builders and contractors worked closely with myself and the landscapers to achieve the final completion December deadline.
I can’t speak highly enough of the combine Kiwi Designer homes team. Although the house is now 18 months new when the need has arisen the team have continued to provide the required assistance. I look forward to our build in Seabreeze Way and wish the Kiwi Designer Home Team all the best.

"We are so pleased with our new home, it felt as if it were our home right from day one and we are absolutely thrilled with the way our family is living.
The time taken from planning permission to moving in was around four month.
Both Aidy and myself have been so impressed by the building team and their workmanship. They were always friendly and helpful and this made us both feel comfortable knowing the home was built to such a high standard.
The design process was also friendly and easy. Blair was happy to design to our specification, and to give advice if we needed. There was never a time we popped in unannounced when Blair or Irene did not have time to see us. We always felt valued and welcome.
Irene kept us up to date with stage payments, any extras, and even split the invoices to separate for us and my mother. She sent us along to choose our kitchens, and individualise our project. Irene was invaluable to calm the nerves, and always on hand for a friendly chat.
Kiwi Homes were so patient, even when valuations and finances meant hiccups; they never stopped working on the site, and never laid the blame our way. In contrast, Blair and Irene were quick to communicate with whom ever they needed in order to solve the problems painlessly (for us!).
The décor, and kitchen are beyond our dreams, and the whole house is geared up to our way of life. The children are so happy to have their own rooms, and love the play room. The annexe means that grandma has her own space, and again, Kiwi Homes allowed her to choose her own fittings and fixtures, with minimal fuss.
What impressed us most was the quality of the show houses, and Blair readily showed us the part built homes on their site. The quality was exceptional. Kiwi Homes knew that our budget was tight, and allowed us to do substantial parts of the build ourselves, or via our own contractors. They were always on hand to help out whenever we wanted.
Not that we’re planning to…for at least ten or fifteen years…but we would build with Kiwi again! We can whole heartedly (and do), recommend Kiwi Homes.
Thanks to Kiwi Homes, we now have a home for our family to grow, we know there are plenty of memories to come…
